Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Booking Policies:


1. Free Cancellation (Standard Term)

To receive a full refund, cancellation must be made by 3:00 PM on the 7th day prior to check-in.


2. Late Cancellation

If cancellation occurs after the 7-day deadline (i.e., less than a week before arrival), the first night's stay will be retained as a penalty.

All remaining paid nights will be refunded.

Please note that any service charges or transaction fees are non-refundable.


3. No-Show

If a guest fails to show up without prior notice, the full amount of the stay will be retained.


4. Early Departure

In the event of early departure during your stay, no refund will be given for any unused nights.
