For over three hundred years, my roots have been here, in a village that has seen generations intertwine with the woods and the seasons. Renovating it was an act of love: Renovating it was an act of love: we listened to the voice of the stone walls and brought the antique furnishings back to life, allowing the past to speak again.
After many years of paperwork, I chose a change of pace, rediscovering my connection with the land and its people. First with a small bistro with my partner, and today by opening the doors of this rfeuge. My hospitality is like hand-rolled pasta: rough, honest, authentic. I love traveling and discovering the world, but it is here where I cherish the sense of homecoming.
