The Taste of Time
At RoncoBèrtolo, hospitality begins with the cuisine. Ours is not a traditional restaurant, but a true Home Restaurant: we open the doors of our home to let you enjoy our cuisine.
You won't find many tables here, but a single "social table" (maximum 8 seats) designed to rediscover the pleasure of both socializing and being intimate, chatting and eating slowly.
Our food philosophy is:
- Roots and Territory: Our menus change with the seasons. We use organic and locally sourced products from the Bolognese Apennines: ancient grain flours, cheeses, mountain honey, and wild herbs.
- Beyond Borders: We love to travel and discover distant cultures. That's why, alongside tradition, we also offer ethnic dishes to take you around the world through spicy flavors and recipes discovered on our travels.
- Attention to Detail: Each meal is accompanied by local wines or freshly prepared cocktails, designed to enhance the flavor of each dish.
An Adult Atmosphere:
To preserve the tranquility of the experience and the nature of our home, the Home Restaurant is reserved for adults only. It's the ideal place for those seeking silence, conversation, and a complete escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Private Events:
Upon request, our dining room and garden are available for small, private events tailored to your special occasions.
